Since 1983, our training program has helped launch careers in Radio, Recording and Film/Video for beginners and the experienced alike.

How? They were training with, assisting, gophering for the one person who does the hiring, firing, recommending and recruiting. Because they displayed a cooperative attitude. Because they showed some initiative. They were hired for being motivated, for having the desire, for showing up on time, showing up early. For displaying character, good manners, and respect... for being a problem solver... and being part of a team.

Because they took one step towards fulfilling a dream and it paid off.
